OTR Reefer Team Drivers - CDL-A

As part of our team, you can earn an average weekly gross of $1,600 - $2,500 per driver with the following opportunities:

Sign-On Bonus available for qualified drivers

CDL A required; 6 months of experience preferred

Average miles: 5,200 - 6,500 per week

Pay Increase: $.01 at 90 days, then $.01 increase annually on anniversary date until cap of $.70 cpm

Monthly Performance-Based Bonus: up to $.05 cpm

Per Diem: $.05 cpm per driver included in the pay rate

Additional Pay Opportunities: Trailer washout pay, stop pay, detention pay, layover pay, breakdown pay, short haul pay

Paid Weekly: Through Direct Deposit

Military Pay: Earn extra $0.01 - $0.02 cpm for verified military service

Home Time: Home every 3 weeks; weekends are not guaranteed. Touch freight involved (rolling carts).

Equipment & Amenities: Drive a 2020 - 2025 Peterbilt 579, Volvo, or Freightliner Cascadia equipped with:

Orientation: Held in Fort Dodge, IA. Options for a rental vehicle, plane fare, or fuel reimbursement for driving your own vehicle. Receive $500 upon completion of orientation.

Physicals: Must have a complete physical within the last 6 months or complete a new one at orientation.

Drug Test: Pre-employment urinalysis and hair follicle drug test required before orientation.

Pay Range: $0.60 - $0.68 per mile.
