Description

An internship with Broughton Partners means you will collaborate on work that helps create a world without corporate negligence. Broughton Partners is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Intern to join our team. This internship provides hands-on experience in IT support, user management, and systems administration across a growing company. You will assist with troubleshooting helpdesk tickets, setting up and maintaining employee devices, managing user accounts, and supporting automation and documentation initiatives. This is an opportunity to build foundational skills in enterprise IT while contributing directly to the efficiency and success of our internal operations.

Qualifications

Must be enrolled and a senior OR have graduated within the last 6 months to an accredited university/college in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.

Must have GPA of 3.0 or higher

Available to work full-time during the summer and part-time (15–20 hours/week) during the academic year, with potential for full-time employment upon graduation.

Strong interest in IT support, device management, and technical troubleshooting.

Exposure to scripting or automation (e.g., Bash, PowerShell, Python, or Google Apps Script) is a plus.

Curiosity about streamlining workflows and optimizing repetitive tasks through automation.

Strong attention to detail, with the ability to document processes clearly.

Curiosity and eagerness to learn about operational processes and team dynamics.
