We are in search of a Senior Project Manager - Commissioning to take the lead on complex projects, cultivate robust client relationships, and contribute to the evolution of sustainable, high-performing buildings.

What You'll Do

Drive commissioning projects from inception to completion, managing scope, budget, and client interactions.

Act as the primary liaison for clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Supervise functional and pre-functional testing of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Guide and mentor junior staff, optimize resource management, and ensure project success.

Identify new business prospects and assist in proposal development. What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

Over 5 years of experience in commissioning or MEP project management.

A strong grasp of building systems and relevant industry standards.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and client engagement skills.

Certifications such as CxA, PE, PMP, or similar are advantageous. Why EEI?
