Work Location: Huntsville, Alabama

Start Date: On Contract Award

Job Description:

Advantage SCI is accepting applications to support a federal agency Insider Threat security program.

Summary Of Duties Include But Not Limited To:

Perform professional program management and leadership functions and provide leadership to lower-level personnel.

Ensure operational coverage for all critical areas to meet the requirements and priorities as identified by division leadership.

Work collaboratively with government analysts to define and execute all reports and other deliverables.

Establish methodology for problems which do not appear to be susceptible to treatment by generally accepted methods

Skillfully present oral and other communication of instructions concerning mathematical analysis, and in writing reports or documents that convey findings/results of mathematical analysis to non-technical audiences.

Review and evaluate incoming reports and information, collection plans, and programs. Develop and project data, draw conclusions, and estimate probabilities based upon knowledge of current and past intelligence situations, and an understanding of the significance of conditions and trends.

Provide specialized research, threat analysis, and production support.

Access/perform research on designated automated intelligence databases for the purpose of identifying information of interest to the customer.

Provide intelligence and threat analysis of the information that is tailored to the customer's requirements.

Develop information and technical support documents, summaries, reports, presentations, and other designated products in support of the customer's information and technical support requirements.

Present briefings to personnel designated by the customer.

Conduct Analytical and critical thinking; (i.e. Understand problem set, review facts, make accurate observations and judgements and provide recommendations to management).

Write clear, concise, and timely intelligence products that identify, analyze, and collate disparate pieces of information

Required Experience:

Required Qualifications

Must have a current TS/SCI and counterintelligence (CI) polygraph.

Bachelors degree is required.

10 years of hands-on experience applying knowledge of administrative principles, practices, and techniques. Must be skilled in evaluating and developing methods to accomplish PWS objectives.

Must have professional skills in program management and leadership

Preferred work experience in national security or security-related matters with an emphasis on information analysis.

Proficient in utilizing routine computer applications, including but not limited to: Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, ad PowerPoint), Google Chrome, and services that operate utilizing these software packages.

Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to inform and communicate effectively with staff who have various backgrounds and personality types.

Highly Desired:

Proficiency in understanding security risk management concepts

A security related certification

Experience with intelligence-focused operation environment

Working Conditions:

Able to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time

Able to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist and reach

Able to sit, stand, walk, run

Able to lift up to 50 pounds
