As a Sr.
Vehicle Integration Engineer at Reliable Robotics, you will be part of the Flight Test and Integration team, responsible for installation and testing efforts.
The team ensures the proper functioning of mechanical, electrical, and flight control systems onboard aircraft and manages all ground and flight test operations.
Members are experienced in developing experimental and certification products.
Responsibilities Assist in designing and installing modified flight control systems during the development of a remotely operated autoflight system.
Ensure proper build-up of functions from lab to vehicle, verify end-to-end system functionality, and assess test requirements.
Engage with various teams and understand vehicle capabilities.
Act as the vehicle's responsible engineer and test director during flight test campaigns.
Basic Success Criteria Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace Engineering, or related field 7+ years of integration and testing experience Experience working with hardware Leading ground or flight test campaigns Leading safety-critical tests and operations Preferred Success Criteria Experience assembling components in production or prototype environments Experience manufacturing mechanical and electrical sub-assemblies Proficiency in computer science languages (e.g., Python) Vehicle Integration Engineers at Reliable Robotics will have the opportunity to deliver a pioneering autoflight system for commercial use.

The estimated salary range is $133,000 to $222,000 annually, plus cash and stock options, benefits, and a casual work environment.
Compensation is competitive and based on experience, market conditions, location, and pay equity.
Additional benefits include stock options, medical coverage, 401k, and a collaborative workplace.
