We're building a smart, AI-powered marketing engine-and we need a creative, tech-savvy Content & Campaign Specialist to help us scale.

This is not a typical assistant role.

You'll work directly with the founder and strategic team, helping launch and refine marketing campaigns, organize content, and support funnel execution across multiple brands.

Your Role Assist in writing and organizing marketing content (ads, emails, video scripts, landing pages) Support campaign setup and follow-up (using tools like GoHighLevel or Typeform) Help coordinate and improve social media content and engagement Contribute to the launch of recruitment and lead magnet campaigns Assist in analyzing what's working and suggest improvements What We're Looking For You're a proactive marketer with a mix of writing skills, basic design tools, and digital campaign coordination.

You work fast, learn fast, and don't need someone to hold your hand.

Must-Have: Strong writing ability (especially for short-form marketing copy) Experience with GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, or similar tools Canva or other visual content tools Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, or Google Ads Organized with tools like Notion, Slack, Trello, or similar Nice-to-Have: Working knowledge of Spanish Comfortable using AI tools Experience in home services, remodeling, or contractor niches Video or podcast editing is a plus Ideal Candidate: You've worked as a content manager, marketing assistant, or digital freelancer You enjoy building campaigns, making things happen, and seeing results You like working closely with founders and having a real impact You're energized by startups, AI, and business automation How to Apply: Start your proposal with the phrase: I'm your Content & Campaign Specialist Include: Short intro about you 2 links to samples (e.g., landing pages, ads, social posts, scripts, etc.) Briefly tell us what excites you most about this role Ready to help build something bold?
