Qualifications:

A minimum of 3 years’ experience supporting Windows and Mac OS in an enterprise environment

Mobile device management experience a plus

Experience with creating and deploying Windows images, including using Microsoft tools is desired

Candidate must be comfortable communicating with all levels within an organization via phone, remotely and desk side support

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent IT experience Key Responsibilities:

Create and deploy Windows 10/11 images to computers and laptops

Facilitate management of Mac OS computers

Manage a one to one environment of iPads

Troubleshoot various software packages

Assist help desk personnel with escalations related to this role’s responsibilities

Perform system/application patching of assigned technologies

Work with students, staff and administrators to address and resolve technology issues
