Legal Assistant – Litigation Team (Full-Time, On-Site Henderson, NV)

What You’ll Do:
You’ll play a vital role in supporting our litigation attorneys and paralegals throughout the litigation process. If you’re the kind of person who thrives on keeping things organized, hitting deadlines, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks, we want to hear from you!
Key responsibilities include:
Scheduling client meetings and depositions
Filing documents with the court (state and federal)
Assisting with discovery, depositions, and trial prep
Assisting with the review and management of legal documents and case files
Reviewing health insurance claim summaries and assisting with related disputes
Providing general clerical and litigation support
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a personal injury law firm (Nevada experience a plus)
Familiarity with Filevine or similar case management software
Solid tech skills with advanced experience using MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
Willingness to handle both complex tasks and repetitive, routine work with equal care
Comfortable asking questions and seeking help when needed — we value honesty and curiosity over guesswork
Eagerness to learn and grow in the legal field
Willingness to pitch in after hours when needed
