Role and Responsibilities

• Coordinate all administrative activities for assigned projects as directed.

• Schedule field employees to assigned jobs as required.

• Maintain customer purchase orders.

• Support operations, purchasing, accounts payable, administration staff, and corporate accounting.

• Perform miscellaneous tasks as requested.

• Maintains safe, secure, and healthy environment by adhering to Company/Customer safety standards, legal regulations, and alerting others regarding potential hazards or concerns.

• Adhere to the Company values, policies, and procedures.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• 3-5 years of related work experience in a project- based environment

• Experience in financial analysis

• Intermediate to advanced skill level of Microsoft Excel required

• Detailed-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision

• Strong communication, time-management, and organizational skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work with customers, suppliers, and staff at all levels

• Capable of assisting administrative team through planning, communication, and problem solving while enabling teamwork in a positive and productive work environment

Physical Requirements

• Regularly required to sit, talk, or hear, sitting for long periods of time.

• Repetitive movements by wrists and hands in performance of work.

• Rarely required to bend or lift more than 25 lbs

• The employee must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable workplace accommodation.

The individual must also be able to wear and properly utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to work or visit within areas where it is required. This includes hard hat, safety glasses/spoggles, respirators, ear plugs, steel toed shoes, or other protective equipment as required by the work performed and location the work is being done.
