Inventory Control Clerk
Responsibilities:
- Maintain inventory accurately by issuing manufacturing orders, reconciling finished goods production, inventory transfers, and warehouse transactions of finished goods
- Verify available inventory and create manufacturing orders in inventory system for daily production
- Reconcile daily production reports to inventory system transactions. Identify, research, and correct any discrepancies
- Reconcile inter-department inventory transfers to inventory system
- Reconcile daily warehouse transactions to and follow-up to resolve any differences
- Perform receipt transactions of incoming raw materials into the inventory system
- Assist in system adjustments related to weekly cycle counts to confirm inventory accuracy
- Conduct monthly inventory reconciliation
Requirements:
- HS Diploma
- 1-3 years of experience in an office Administration setting; Manufacturing warehouse experience is preferred
- Strong computer skills/knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
