We’re not looking for a perfect resume. We’re looking for the kind of person who’s spent years doing real work — construction, delivery driving, oilfield, mechanical repair, warehouse, rig-up, or anything that demanded sweat, grit, and long hours.

If that’s you, and you’re ready for something more stable, more technical, and more long-term — we’ll train you to become a CNC machinist.

This isn’t a temp job or short-term gig. It’s a trade. You’ll start by supporting our team in the shop, and as you prove yourself, you’ll learn to operate high-precision CNC machines.

What You'll Be Doing:

Support day-to-day shop operations while learning CNC machining

Running manual equipment like saws, presses, and drills

Supporting CNC machinists and learning from the ground up

Assist with setup, cleaning, deburring, and part handling

Reading basic measurements and work instructions

Moving into real machine work once you’re ready

What You Need to Have:

At least 5 years doing hard, hands-on work (construction, mechanical, oilfield, delivery, etc.)

A dependable work history — we’re serious about showing up and showing out

Mechanical mindset and common sense

Respect for safety, tools, and working as part of a team

Willingness to start at the bottom and earn your way up
