We work fully remotely, with a team spanning across the US and Latam.

About the Role

We are looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect to join our team. In this role, you’ll serve as the technical and functional lead on Salesforce projects, working alongside a Project Manager who handles day-to-day coordination and client communication. You’ll be responsible for designing scalable, best-practice Salesforce solutions based on requirements defined by the client and our internal team. You’ll guide a team of consultants, admins, and developers through the delivery process - ensuring the solution is built to spec, meets quality standards, and aligns with long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities

Project Ownership – Lead important stages of the project lifecycle, including discovery, design, QA, and deployment.

Requirements Gathering – Collaborate with clients to gather, clarify, and document requirements and business processes - with the support of admins, devs, and project manager.

Solution Design – Create scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions aligned with best practices.

Team Leadership – While the PM is the primary relationship owner on projects, the SA is their technical counterpart, owning the direction and quality of solutions.

Project Planning – Work with the Project Manager to write user stories, define requirements, plan resources, and set the team up for success.

Client Communication – Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, facilitate solution walkthroughs, and manage technical expectations.

Quality Assurance – Review and test solutions, ensuring they meet client requirements and adhere to best practices.

Mentorship – Support and mentor team members on technical execution and Salesforce best practices.

What You’ll Need

Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Senior Salesforce Consultant, Solution Architect, or similar role, ideally at a Salesforce partner.

Product Knowledge: Deep experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, and proficiency with core Salesforce data models and features.

Product Knowledge: Experience with any of these products is a bonus: Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Revenue Cloud or CPQ, Field Service, Mulesoft.

Technical Skills: Strong ability to design declarative and programmatic solutions; experience with Flows, data model designs, integrations, Lightning Web Components, Apex, Core Salesforce features.

Project Experience: Proven ability to lead projects with $100k+ budgets and multiple stakeholders.

Certifications:

Required: Admin, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant + a combination of other relevant certifications.

Nice to have: Data Cloud Consultant, Experience Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, MuleSoft Developer, Development Lifecycle & Deployment Architect, Platform Data Architect, Platform Integration Architect, B2B Solution Architect, any other relevant certifications.
