Growth Services Inc. is seeking a motivated and people-focused Account Manager to join our dynamic team serving the greater Houston area. As a full-service commercial landscape company, we proudly serve both HOA communities and MUD districts with excellence and integrity.

What You’ll Do:

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts (HOAs and MUDs)

Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular site visits and communication

Coordinate with operations teams to ensure exceptional service delivery

Monitor property conditions, proactively address issues, and provide improvement recommendations

Participate in leadership development and training program within the company

Represent Growth Services Inc. with professionalism and integrity at all times

What We’re Looking For:

A desire to lead and grow within the landscape industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset

Comfortable working outdoors and conducting on-site evaluations

No prior landscaping experience required—just a willingness to learn

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
