Plasma / Oxyfuel Machine Operator

Pay Rate : $20/hour

Location: Houston, TX 77039

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

Client requires an experience Plasma/OxyFuel operator to run 10' by 40' table with 4 oxfuel torches and 1x 400 HPRD XD plasma torch. Controller is Hypertherm HedgePro. Must have 2-3 years of experience operating this type of machine and controller.

Duties:

Machine operator will be responsible for safely and accurately burning steel per each shop order for his machine.

Will load/unload material on and off table. Will document plate inventory used on machine for inventory tracking purposes.

Must be able to read shop orders & drawings. Must have basic math skills and ability to read measurements.

Desire candidate who possesses ability to work independently, but also act as team player within shop.

Bilingual is preferred

Requirements:

2 or more years operating plasma/Oxyfuel machine with Hypertherm HedgePro controller

Bilingual is preferred but not required.

Dependable and able to be at work every day and on time.
