Position Title: Jr. Data Processor / Analyst
Location: Stamford, CT Jacksonville, FL Salt Lake City, UT
Status: Long Term Contract
Status: Onsite/Hybrid
Shift/Schedule: Standard business hours are 8:30 AM–5:30 PM EST.
Pay Range: $20.00- 24.00
Requirements / Who we are looking for:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Jr. Data Processor / Analyst to join the Data Solutions team and support a critical operational function related to alternative investment transaction processing. The role is suited for someone analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment. You’ll be working within a proprietary system that integrates Salesforce, AltExchange, and other internal tools.
1–2 years of experience in data entry, processing, or a similar analytical support function.
Familiarity with Excel; ability to perform basic data organization, reconciliation, and formatting.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Comfortable working across multiple systems and learning proprietary platforms.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to follow established workflows.
Professionalism in handling sensitive data and adhering to compliance standards.
Preferred (Not Required)
Exposure to Salesforce, AltExchange, or other data management platforms.
Interest in finance, data operations, or fintech solutions.
Performance Objectives / What you'll be doing:
Support a proprietary 12-step processing workflow for alternative investments, focusing on early-to-mid-stage steps such as data validation, file intake, and information entry.
Use Salesforce and AltExchange platforms to manage, monitor, and track workflow tasks.
Reconcile and review data for accuracy; escalate discrepancies or system issues to senior team members or client-facing leads.
Access and organize files in internal systems and tools like Smartsheet and secure authentication platforms.
Collaborate with team leads to stay aligned on task-specific execution and evolving priorities.
Follow strict protocols for managing confidential information and regulatory-sensitive client data.
