Onsite-Recruiter needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh’s client located in San Antonio, TX.

The Big Picture – Top Skills Should You Possess:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience with Workday, CRM, Excel-pivot tables

Two (2) to Five (5) years’ experience with ATS and high volume recruiting

Pay Range: $28 - $31/hr; depending on experienceWhat You’ll Be Doing:

Responsible for the complete recruitment cycle including posting job advertisements, searching the Internet and relevant databases, networking and qualifying candidates

Screens, interviews and registers prospective professional candidates.

Submits and reviews candidates with the hiring manager.

Assists in negotiating salaries and satisfying customer’s needs.

Handles multiple requests simultaneously and provide professional support to managers.

Able to understand and advance company’s compensation, people development, and equal employment strategies.What You Need to Bring to the Table:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Two (2) to Five (5) years’ experience with ATS and high volume recruiting

Two (2) to Five (5) years’ experience working in with clients to understand job needs

Experience with compensation and salary negotiation
