Requirements

Must hold a CDL-A and be 21 years or older

1 year of OTR experience in the last 3 years or 6+ months of OTR experience in the last year

Maximum of 3 moving violations and 3 preventable accidents in the last 3 years

DWI must be at least 5 years old
