Our client, a leading manufacturer of custom heavy haul trailers, is seeking a Final Assembly Operator to join their team. As a Final Assembly Operator, you will be part of the production team supporting the assembly of high-quality trailers. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Final Assembly Operator

Location: Manchester, IA

Shift: All shifts available (1st, 2nd, 3rd)

Pay Range: $21.00 - $23.00/hour

What's the Job?

Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders.

Prepare work by gathering parts, tools, and materials.

Install and assemble components using templates, measurements, and hand tools.

Verify completed components meet specifications using measuring tools.

Operate and adjust machinery and equipment as needed.

What's Needed?

High School Diploma or GED required.

Prior manufacturing experience preferred, but not required.

Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions.

Basic understanding of shop math and mechanical processes.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
