Starting Pay: $26.50/hour
Location: Remote (Must reside in the San Francisco Bay Area)
Schedule: Full-time & Part-time positions available Flexible hours
What You’ll Do:
Handle incoming calls from existing and potential customers
Schedule appointments for security consultations and installations
Answer product and service questions related to ADT security systems
Provide exceptional support and resolve customer concerns with professionalism
Log customer interactions and maintain accurate records
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication skills and a friendly, patient attitude
Basic computer skills and ability to navigate CRM tools
Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus
Must be reliable, organized, and self-motivated
Must reside in the San Francisco Bay Area (for occasional local team meetups or training)
