LHH Recruitment is seeking a temporary Admin in Melbourne, FL. This person will be serving as the first point of contact for the marketing office.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls
Process mail
Provide general backup administrative support
Manage conference room schedules
Help with event coordination
Experience
At least 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
Experience in customer-facing roles
High School Diploma required
Skills:
Detail oriented
Customer friendly
Sense of urgency
Attention to detail

$17-18/hr
Pay Details: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour
