What You'll Be Doing:
Lead and conduct NBIS-compliant bridge inspections
Perform bridge load ratings and prepare detailed reports
Design new, rehabilitated, and replacement bridge structures
Coordinate with CAD designers and project stakeholders to develop construction plans
Assist with cost estimating, proposals, and project specificationsWhat You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Civil/Structural Engineering
NBIS-qualified Team Leader with structural design experience
Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with contractors, clients, and partners
Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new tools and software
Team player with a self-starting attitude Bonus Points If You Have:
Professional Engineer (PE) license in MA, RI, or other states
Completed NHI bridge inspection or ancillary structure courses
Experience with MassDOT, Massport, DCR, and MBTA bridge programsWhy Join Us?
