Billing Analyst – Energy Company (Downtown San Diego, Hybrid)
LHH Recruitment solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Analyst to join our client’s dynamic team at a leading energy company in Downtown San Diego. This role offers a flexible hybrid work schedule, allowing for both in-office collaboration and remote work. This position requires someone to be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and review customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
Analyze billing discrepancies, resolve customer inquiries, and provide timely solutions
Reconcile accounts and identify trends or inconsistencies in billing data
Collaborate with internal departments, including finance and customer service, to streamline billing processes
Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures related to billing and revenue recognition
Maintain up-to-date records and generate reports for management review
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required
2+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or financial analysis
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively

Monday- Friday
8:00am-5:00pm PST

Compensation: $27.00- $29.00 per hour DOE
Pay Details: $27.00 to $29.00 per hour
