Position: Remote Customer Service Representative
Location: Seattle area residents only (must live in WA)
Pay: Starting at $26.50/hour
Schedule: Full-time and part-time shifts available (flexible hours!)
Work Environment: 100% remote (equipment provided for qualified candidates)
️ About the Role:
As a Customer Service Rep, you’ll be the friendly voice helping homeowners and businesses stay safe and secure. You’ll handle inbound calls, respond to inquiries, assist with scheduling, explain security solutions, and support our sales and tech teams.
What You’ll Do:
Answer customer calls and messages professionally
Assist with scheduling installations and service appointments
Provide product information and explain ADT services
Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency
Accurately log and update customer records in our CRM
What We’re Looking For:
Friendly, professional, and clear communication skills
Reliable internet and a quiet workspace at home
Previous customer service experience preferred
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
Must be a resident of Seattle or surrounding areas
