Senior Credit & Collections Analyst Job Description:

PrideStaff is working with a health testing company in search of a Senior Credit & Collections Analyst to join their team. The Senior Credit & Collections Analyst will manage credit risk and ensure timely collection of receivables to support the company’s cash flow and profitability goal as well as assisting the billing department with generating monthly sales invoices. The Senior Credit & Collections Analyst will support monthly sales invoicing, assessing creditworthiness, setting credit limits, managing collections, and liaising with the sales team to ensure alignment between commercial objectives and credit policies. The ideal Senior Credit & Collections Analyst demonstrates excellent credit and collections experience, solid knowledge of Netsuite, and excellent communication and presentation skills. The Senior Credit & Collections Analyst is a full time, temp to hire position in Atlanta, GA.

Senior Credit & Collections Analyst Job Responsibilities:

Crete & Upload Data Into Accounting System (SAP)

Analyze & Validate Billing, Operational, & Customer Data For Completeness & Accuracy

Evaluate New & Existing Customers' Creditworthiness Using Financial Analysis, Credit Agency Reports, & Internal Scoring Systems

Set & Review Customer Credit Limits in Accordance With Company Policies

Monitor & Control Exposure to Minimize Risk & Bad Debt

Follow up on Outstanding Receivables & Ensure Timely Collections in Line With Payment Terms

Resolve Payment Disputes & Escalate Complex Issues Appropriately

Maintain Accurate Records of Customers Interactions, Payment Promises, & Collection Activities

Work Closely With Sales & Customer Service Teams to Address Issues Impacting Collections

Provide Timely Reporting & Feedback on Customer Accounts & Potential Credit Risks

Coordinate With Legal or Third-Party Agencies For Recovery When Necessary

Generate Weekly & Monthly Reports on Accounts Receivable Aging, Collections Performance, & Credit Risk

Ensure Compliance With Company Credit Policies & Internal Controls

Support Audit Processes Related to Credit & Collections

Senior Credit & Collections Analyst Job Requirements:

High School Diploma Required

Bachelor's Degree Preferred But Not Required

5+ Years of Accounting Experience With Strong Credit & Collections Experience Required

Solid Understanding of General Revenue Accounting Principles

Previous Experience in Healthcare & Healthcare Tech is a Plus

Strong Communication Skills in Partnering With Other Internal Groups & Management

Experience & Competence in Using Integrated ERP Software Such as Netsuite Required

Ability to Analyze, interpret, & Present Financial Information to Various Internal Business Contacts

Excellent MS Office, Google Workspace Knowledge Including Excel, Word, Gmail, GDrive, GSheets & More…

Must be Able to Prioritize Actions & Manage Multiple Deadlines & Tight Quarter End Deadlines

Self-Motivated & Detail Oriented With The Ability to Work Independently Under General Supervision

Demonstrates Excellent Organizational & Analytical Skills
