UF Corporation is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Warehouse Operations & Customer Success Manager to lead front-end operations at our distribution center. What You’ll Do

This role blends logistics oversight with customer engagement, including sales support and dispatch coordination. You’ll be the bridge between UF’s internal operations and our external customer relationships.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the point of contact for walk-in or local customers, ensuring satisfaction and building long-term loyalty

Upselling & Business Development: Identify and recommend additional products that fit customer needs to increase average order size

Order Management: Oversee outgoing shipments, verify order accuracy, and ensure timely, efficient dispatch

Delivery Dispatch Coordination: Schedule and route delivery drivers, resolve delivery issues, and ensure high delivery performance

Team Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse staff and sales team to ensure seamless operations and customer support

Process Optimization: Recommend and implement improvements in fulfillment efficiency and customer service processes

Inventory Oversight: Assist with tracking key product stock levels to avoid backorders and ensure order fulfillment readiness

Who You Are

2+ years experience in warehouse/logistics operations, customer service, or sales

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities

Comfortable with dispatch systems, warehouse software, and CRM tools

A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment

Prior experience in distribution or wholesale industries is preferred
