We’re seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Marketing Automation Specialist to join our marketing team in Tampa, FL. This role is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing automated marketing campaigns to generate leads, nurture prospects, and support customer retention. You’ll work closely with our sales team to build targeted campaigns that drive performance.

What you’ll be doing:

Build, manage, and optimize automated marketing workflows (email, SMS, landing pages) using platforms like HubSpot or similar.

Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with lead generation and conversion goals.

Personalize content based on behavior, demographics, and engagement history

Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to improve results.

Implement A/B testing strategies for email subject lines, content, CTAs, and send times.

Ensure deliverability, compliance, and best practices in all communications.

Support the integration of marketing automation tools with CRM systems and other tech platforms.

Stay current on industry trends and innovations in marketing automation and lead generation.

What You’ll Bring:

2+ years of experience in marketing automation, email marketing, or digital

campaign management.

Experience with platforms like HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar.

Strong understanding of lead funnels, lifecycle marketing, and automation best

practices.

Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Experience in a financial services or debt settlement environment is a plus, but not required.

Strong communication and project management skills.
