Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Product/Business Analyst with strong experience in Data Engineering and ETL processes. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical teams, driving data-centric product initiatives and ensuring efficient data pipeline operations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Gather, analyze, and document business and data requirements.

· Collaborate with data engineering teams on ETL design, data modeling, and integration.

· Define KPIs, build data-driven insights, and support reporting needs.

· Translate business needs into technical specifications for data pipelines and analytics solutions.

· Lead data validation, quality checks, and operational reporting initiatives.

Required Skills:

· Strong experience in SQL, ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, Azure Data Factory).

· Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and cloud data platforms.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred:

· Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

· Familiarity with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
