Lead Carpenter (Residential)

Breyer Construction and Landscape is looking for a Lead Carpenter to join their growing residential construction team!

Job Duties to include but not limited to:

Work hands-on in the field, turning drawings and details into high-quality decks, roofs, additions, and finished basements for our residential clients.

Lead and oversee a team of employees and subcontractors, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Motivate and guide the team by breaking down tasks into actionable steps and fostering a positive, encouraging work environment.

Make on-the-spot decisions while maintaining professional communication with homeowners and subcontractors.

What We Offer:

Competitive Pay: $30-$40 per hour (based on experience)

Full-Time Hours + Overtime as needed
