Over six years of experience supporting applications such as Aveva/OSI PI, Client Smart Signal, EtaPRO, and Client APM.
Proficient in Windows Server 2003, 2008, and 2012, with strong hands-on technical expertise in operating systems.
Solid understanding of Active Directory, DNS, user and user rights management, file system rights (NTFS permissions), security configuration and implementation, Group Policy management, and backup/data recovery systems.
Experienced with relational databases, including Microsoft SQL Server and SQL scripting.
