Education and Certifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical/business discipline/equivalent work experience. • Minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience with Aveva/OSI PI

Skilled in monitoring and maintaining performance metrics for system features, with the ability to recommend and implement corrective or preventative actions.

Proficient in leading or executing system enhancements or changes involving custom design, optional software, or third-party products to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Experienced in configuration, change management, and testing activities.

Active contributor in system-wide and cross-functional teams involved in successful technology projects.

In-depth technical knowledge across all phases of software implementation and support.

Capable of deploying solutions into operational production environments.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited college or university.

Over six years of experience supporting applications such as Aveva/OSI PI, Client Smart Signal, EtaPRO, and Client APM.

Proficient in Windows Server 2003, 2008, and 2012, with strong hands-on technical expertise in operating systems.

Solid understanding of Active Directory, DNS, user and user rights management, file system rights (NTFS permissions), security configuration and implementation, Group Policy management, and backup/data recovery systems.

Experienced with relational databases, including Microsoft SQL Server and SQL scripting.
