We are now looking for Record to Report (R2R) Lead who will be accountable to lead our R2R and treasury team.
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
Reviewing and approving balance sheet reconciliations
Supporting month-end closing activities, including reviewing and approving journal entries
Reviewing and approving FI and tax invoices (for intercompany and FA selling-related invoices)
Reviewing monthly and yearly cash flow forecasts
Preparing and sending AP movement reports for WCap data to the C&C Hub
Reviewing and approving payments and fund transfers in Citidirect
Ensuring compliance with and achievement of KPI targets
Partnering with the Global Treasury, C&C Hub, Intercompany, and Finance LOC teams
Why you?
Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Minimum 3 years experiences as Finance & Accounting Manager
3-5 years experiences as auditor
In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards and financial analysis
Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
Strong attention to detail
Understanding of cash flow forecasting
Proficiency in SAP accounting software
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Effective communication and presentation skills
Excellent teamwork abilities
Strong interpersonal relationship skills
