We are a rapidly growing organization in the Moonachie, NJ area. We are seeking to hire a Graphic Designer (entry level) to join our team of professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following responsibilities:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Entry-Level Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience using InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong eye for design and layout. This role involves creating engaging visual content, maintaining website graphics, and supporting marketing efforts through various channels including newsletters and digital media.

Job Responsibilities:

Design and produce layouts for print and digital media using InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)

Assist in the development and execution of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and email newsletters

Create content and visual assets that align with brand guidelines and marketing strategies

Maintain and update website graphics and content to ensure a fresh, engaging online presence

Collaborate with marketing, communications, and other internal teams to support project goals

Help manage and organize a library of digital assets and templates

Stay up to date with current design trends, techniques, and best practices

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience

1+ years of Graphic Designing experience

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator; After Effects is a plus)

Basic understanding of web design principles and experience with website content management systems (CMS)

Strong portfolio demonstrating design layout skills across various media

Excellent attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Strong communication and collaboration skills
