Oracle Fusion Administrator

Role: Oracle Fusion Administrator Location: Detroit, MIPosition Type: Contract on W2 OnlyExperience Required: 10+ Years of ExperienceEligible Visas: USC/GC/H4-EAD Job Description: We seek candidates who will utilize their knowledge, skills, and abilities to serve as an On-Site Oracle Fusion Administrator responsible for leading the system's implementation, upgrades, performance, enhancements, and support.Key Responsibilities: Worked with a 3rd-party integrator for Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation project, covering requirements, design, testing, and roll-out of ERP, EPM, and HCM.

Work with 3rd-party managed services in ongoing deployments, configurations, troubleshooting, patching, and upgrades of Oracle Fusion applications.

Ensure the availability, performance, and security of the Oracle Fusion suite.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and design solutions.

Collaborate with third-party vendors and Oracle as needed.

Communicate maintenance schedules, refresh schedules, and outages.

Preferred Qualifications and Competencies (or equivalent): Experience administering Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.

Experience administering Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM.

Experience with business process workflows.

Experience with functional/technical design specifications.

Experience with data conversions and overall data management.

Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion including AI capabilities.

Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.

Willingness to train internal staff.

Familiarity with SDLC, IT Change Control processes, Deployment Methodologies, and Application Server Life Cycle Management.

Familiarity with core technologies including ServiceNow, and Office365.

Certification - Any one related to Oracle.
