We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee IT initiatives within our organization. Based in Westerville, Ohio, this role requires a dynamic individual who can effectively manage projects from conception to completion while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will excel in coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and driving successful outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.

• Lead cross-functional teams through all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.

• Monitor and manage risks, dependencies, and critical paths to maintain project momentum.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders by providing regular updates and status reports.

• Facilitate team meetings to ensure alignment and resolve any conflicts or blockers.

• Oversee resource allocation and daily activities of project team members to ensure efficient workflow.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in project management.

• Conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes and provide recommendations for future improvements.

• Utilize tools such as Smartsheet and Atlassian Jira to track milestones and deliverables.

• Ensure adherence to quality standards and organizational goals throughout the project lifecycle.• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex initiatives.

• Familiarity with tools such as Atlassian Jira and Smartsheet, as well as experience in using Project Portfolio Management systems.

• Strong knowledge of business principles and IT systems, including CRM, ERP, and cloud technologies.

• Proficiency in methodologies such as Agile Scrum and Change Management.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Certification in project management methodologies, such as PMP, is preferred.

• Ability to manage budgets and drive projects to successful completion within financial constraints.
