Job Description

We are looking for a talented Power BI / Syteline Reporting Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely while contributing to a fast-paced organization in the plastics manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will excel in developing data solutions, enhancing reporting systems, and driving actionable insights through innovative data visualization techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop advanced reports and dashboards using Power BI to support organizational decision-making.

• Collaborate closely with the Continuous Improvement (CI) team to identify reporting requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

• Manage and prioritize report requests using a ticketing system to ensure timely and efficient resolution.

• Expand and maintain the company’s data lake infrastructure while integrating systems such as Syteline ERP, Workday Adaptive Planning, and Salesforce via tools like MuleSoft.

• Transition existing Excel-based reports into scalable, automated reporting solutions.

• Provide technical expertise in data integration efforts, ensuring seamless connectivity between platforms.

• Support data integrity and accuracy across all reporting systems and tools.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize the use of analytics tools and improve overall reporting capabilities.• Proven experience in developing reports and dashboards using Power BI.

• Familiarity with Syteline ERP reporting capabilities and data structures.

• Strong understanding of data visualization and analytics principles.

• Proficiency in SQL and ETL processes to transform and load data effectively.

• Experience working with data lakes and integrating various data sources.

• Knowledge of Salesforce, Workday Adaptive Planning, and MuleSoft is a plus.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project needs.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in data analysis.
