Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Powell, OH.Job Summary

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales by developing relationships with customers, processing orders, and providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and experience using sales systems to track and manage customer interactions. This position requires fluency in both English and Japanese.Key Responsibilities

Generate and maintain relationships with customers to drive sales and meet company goals.

Process orders, provide quotes, and follow up with customers on inquiries.

Utilize sales systems to track customer interactions and manage orders efficiently.

Work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products.

Assist with administrative tasks related to sales, including maintaining records and reports.

Stay informed about product offerings and industry trends.

Communicate effectively with Japanese-speaking clients and partners.Qualifications & Skills

Fluent in both English and Japanese (spoken and written).

Previous experience in inside sales, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or automotive parts.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in using sales systems and CRM software.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
