Job Description

TEKsystems is seeking a Systems Engineer with a specialty in Mobile Device Management. This resource will sit on the client's site in Washington, DC and can potentially work 1 day remote after the first 4-6 weeks on assignment. The majority of this role will be involved in project work.

Assist with application\testing and remediation

Manage Active Directory with Azure AD

Microsoft Intune

Assist with configuring/testing/remediation and deploying

Support Microsoft Applications via Microsoft Intune

Assist with configuring/testing/remediation and deploying

Blackberry UEM integration with Microsoft Intune for application delivery

Assist with troubleshooting

Assist with Documentation, knowledge sharing, and integration into the client's user support model

Assist with Documentation, knowledge sharing, and escalation paths for on-going support, Operation Center
