We are looking for a dedicated Property Administrator to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a pivotal role in managing lease administration and office operations for a commercial property company. Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, ensuring prompt and detail-oriented communication.

• Prepare, distribute, and track lease agreements and related documents, ensuring all signatures and approvals are obtained in a timely manner.

• Maintain accurate and organized records of leases and other property documentation.

• Monitor deadlines and proactively follow up with involved parties to ensure compliance with lease terms and other agreements.

• Utilize tools such as Smartsheet, Dropbox, and Microsoft Excel to streamline document management and reporting processes.

• Coordinate office operations, including answering calls, scheduling meetings, and supporting daily administrative tasks.

• Prepare and send standardized lease correspondence, ensuring consistency and clarity in communication.

• Collaborate with the property management team to address tenant concerns and maintain a high level of service.

• Assist in tracking and analyzing lease-related data for reporting purposes.

• Facilitate the filing and retrieval of documents to ensure easy access and compliance with internal policies.• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial property management or lease administration.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Dropbox, and Smartsheet.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Familiarity with lease agreements, contracts, and related documentation.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.

• Experience in managing office operations and tenant communications.
