Job Description

Join the sourcing and procurement division of a nationally recognized leader in insurance and financial services. As a Strategic Sourcing Analyst I, you’ll play a key role in optimizing vendor relationships, managing contracts, and driving operational efficiency within a high-impact procurement team.salary: $30 - $38 per hour

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update contracts and PO/invoice in SAP Ariba (MSAs, NDAs, SOWs)

Support category strategy through supplier research and spend analytics

Analyze supplier proposals and assist in RFP processing

Perform PO/invoice research and coordinate supplier meetings

Use MS Excel, Outlook, Adobe, and Adobe e-Sign to support daily tasks

Communicate professionally across teams and vendors

Ideal Candidate:

Has a procurement or sourcing background

Is comfortable navigating SAP Ariba and (ideally) SAP Fieldglass

Possesses strong analytical, research, and Excel skills

Brings clear communication and organizational strength to the table
