Key Responsibilities

Prepare and manage accurate financial statements, reports, and analyses.

Perform month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Oversee and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing variance analyses and recommendations.

Support internal and external audits by gathering financial data and documentation as required.

Analyze financial trends and metrics to support decision-making by senior management.

Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations and standards where necessary.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting roles, preferably in a senior capacity.

• Proficiency in account reconciliation, including balance sheet and bank reconciliations.

• Strong knowledge of general ledger operations and journal entry preparation.

• Demonstrated expertise in month-end close processes.

• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data for forecasting and budgeting purposes.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Healthcare experience is a plus.
