Jerry's Auto Group has an available position at our Leesburg Ford location for an energetic, experienced Internet / BDC Representative. The continued growth of our group is attributable to the outstanding customer service provided by our BDC, Sales, Service, and Management Team.
This growth requires adding the right people to ensure the continued success of our Sales Department. We are seeking a few select candidates to join our team as valuable members.
Previous BDC or Call Center experience is required.
Our Sales Management Team works closely with our Internet/BDC Representatives to ensure the success of every team member by providing ongoing one-on-one mentoring, coaching, and training.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a BDC Department or Retail Sales Call Center environment.
Superior written skills, crafting emails to customers that will inform and engage to enhance continuing communications with the customer
Must be detail-oriented
A strong phone presence is necessary, portraying an energetic and outgoing personality in answering questions and engaging customers with the goal of setting appointments.
Persistent customer follow-up via email, phone, and text to provide status, additional information and set appointments
Team player - coordinating with salespeople, BDC reps, and management staff
Outstanding organizational skills
Working rotating shifts Monday - Saturday is required
Ability to stay strong and calm in a stressful environment; must thrive under pressure
