Position: Full time/Part Time Leasing Consultant

Locally owned Professional Property Management Company is looking to hire an extremely energetic, driven and organized individual for a weekend/part time leasing consultant position.

Job Description:

- Perform guided tours throughout the community to prospective residents

- Process rental applications

- Provide exceptional customer service to current and future residents

- Process maintenance requests of current residents

- Follow up with prospective residents and assist through paperwork/leasing process

Qualifications:

- Leasing experience is preferred but not required

- History in customer service background is a plus

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)

- High School diploma or equivalent

- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
