Job Description

Aerotek is seeking Brake Press Operators for an Industrial Facility in Batesville, MS. These positions are direct hire on 1st shift paying $20-$24/hr depending on experienced. Please apply directly or email resumes to for immediate consideration.

Required Qualifications/Skills:

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Experience with different types of sheet metal (e.g., stainless steel, aluminum, carbon steel).

Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.

Proficiency in using measuring tools and gauges.

Basic math skills.

Familiarity with CNC programming is a plus.

Job Description:

Set up and operate press brake machines using manual, semi-automatic, or CNC controls

Select appropriate tooling and dies based on job specifications.

Adjust machine settings to accommodate material type, thickness, and bend requirements.

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.

Measure and inspect finished parts using calipers, protractors, and other precision tools.

Ensure parts meet specified tolerances and quality standards.

Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines.
