Job Description
Westfield area custom home builder and remodeling company in Union County seeking an experienced construction project manager to oversee multiple new home and remodeling jobs. The position includes all aspects of residential construction management from plan review to the final punch list. You'll be working directly with the company owner overseeing several sub-contractors and will be responsible for schedules, ordering materials, and ensuring work is being performed to the utmost standards that our clients expect. We are typically running multiple simultaneously and you'll be expected to bounce between job-sites daily. Client interaction is expected.
Must be self-sufficient with ability to identify problems before they arise, resolve issues and bring matters to positive outcomes.
Extensive knowledge of residential construction is a must:
Site work
Foundations
Framing
Mechanical Systems
Building Envelope
Carpentry
Finish Work
Punch Lists
This is a management position. We expect projects to be on schedule, within budget and completed as they were presented to the client.

REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to read architectural plans
Basic computer skills
Clean Driving record with your own transportation
Minimum 5 yrs. of Residential Construction Experience

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
