Job Description

Responsibilities

● Setting up parts for welding

● Using hand tools, clamps, jigs, and fixtures

● Works from specifications, drawings, and welding symbols

● Prepares and completes work on materials by welding, cutting, grinding and cleaning metal

● Maintain an organized workstation

● Communicates well with other team members to reach a common goal

Qualifications

● High school diploma or GED

● Welding certificate required

● 2 years of related work experience preferred but not required

● On-site weld test may be required

● Self-motivated, punctual, adaptive, flexible

● Must be able to lift 50 lbs

● Must be able to pass a drug test

● Must be US citizen

Working Conditions

● Hours are Monday through Thursday from 6 am to 5 pm

● Works indoors

● Hazards from electrical, mechanical, and power equipment

For more than 30 years, our product line has nearly tripled, growing to include our best-selling Posi-Close Wheels, Rapid Till and Rapid Till HD, the Gopher Eliminator, and other specialized pieces of equipment designed to meet the needs of farmers and ranchers. Just like in the beginning, we still design and manufacture all of our equipment at our family-owned facility in Torrington, Wyo.
