Qualifications:

At least two year in a clerical role, filing, or in data entry

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail,

Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently

Proficient in Microsoft office

Strong computer and typing skills (35 WPM)

Must be reliable and punctual

Team player with a strong work ethic

Be positive and have a driven attitude

Experience with CRM systems and best practices

Responsibilities

Work Schedule 9:30 am-6 pm., plus overtime

Retrieving monthly credit reports, ensuring credit reports are up to date and ready for processing

Signing letters and documents

Processing inbound and outgoing mail

Responding to requests from colleagues or external parties to locate and retrieve specific documents or files

Uses alphabetical and numerical systems to organize paper and documents. Ensuring documents are in the correct format

Verifying paperwork & files. Making the necessary corrections as needed.

Creates new files and provide the needed information on a clients file

Performing periodic audits to ensure that files are up-to-date and complete

Data entry

Looks for ways to improve the filing systems
