Overview
We are an innovative and fast-paced organization seeking a versatile and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant and Product Management. This role blends administrative support, company training with product management responsibilities, ensuring operational efficiency and successful product development and delivery.
This role will provide essential support to the team while driving the development and implementation of new products along with changes to existing ones. This dual role demands strong organizational skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Office Organization Documentation: Maintain an organized and efficient workspace. Ensure policies and procedures are kept up to date.
Meeting Management: Schedule meetings as required and provide summaries and action items from the meetings.
Communication Handling: Manage emails, phone calls, and other correspondence with professionalism and confidentiality.
Document Support: Prepare, edit, and organize documents, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets. Manages end-user information materials such as product labeling, manuals, start guides, technical guidelines, etc.
Data Organization: Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems, ensuring compliance with data privacy standards.
Executive Assistance: Support leadership with tasks including meeting preparation, and follow-up on action items.
Product Research and Vendor Management: Conduct vendor research and drive vendor expectations for product development needs.
Product Development and Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to prioritize features and develop product roadmaps. Will manage products including pricing management, product descriptions and updates as needed.
Project Coordination: Manage product development timelines, ensuring milestones are met from ideation to launch.
Company Training: Will provide comprehensive onboarding program for new trainees, including training on company processes, tools, and management methodologies. Will ensure ongoing training is implemented for changes to procedures and new product development.
Qualifications
Education: Training in Business, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field.
Experience:
2+ years in an administrative or office support role.
1+ years in product management, product development, or a related role.
Skills:
Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Graphic Design skills beneficial for product labeling.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and user feedback.
Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
