What You'll Be Doing:

As a Mill Machinist, you'll be a vital part of the production team, responsible for ensuring precision and quality in every part. Your responsibilities will include:

Performing standard and complex set-ups on CNC Mills.

Operating and adjusting CNC machines to perform repetitive sequences of operations.

Deburring parts and performing / documenting quality checks.

Replacing tooling and performing general machine maintenance.

Interpreting blueprints, specifications, and other related documents to ensure accuracy.

Loading and unloading work-pieces, and checking their accuracy against specifications.

Troubleshooting and reporting quality, process, or cycle time variances.

Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to 5S and safety standards.

Potentially training other employees and making recommendations for improvements.

Full-time
