Job Description

Join Pride Health as a Phlebotomist II at Minneapolis, MN! This is a 3-months contract role offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment.

Role: Phlebotomist II

Location: 1801 Nicollet Ave, Minneapolis, MN 55403

Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Hours per Week: 40 hours

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Highlights: $25/hour

Key Responsibilities:

Collect and process blood specimens (pediatric, adult, geriatric)

Verify patient identity and ensure specimens are labeled correctly in the patient’s presence

Follow clinical and forensic collection protocols

Maintain accurate documentation and logs

Provide superior customer service and patient communication

Follow safety and infection control procedures

Travel locally as needed to cover other PSCs or in-office sites

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience: Minimum 3 years phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary draws

Note: Local candidates within 30 miles are eligible.

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credit.
