Responsibilities:

Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.

Answer phone calls promptly, providing information and assistance as needed.

Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Assist service customers with reviewing repair orders, loaner vehicles and payments.

Qualifications:

Previous customer service experience required

Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment

Prompt and courteous demeanor focused on customer satisfaction

Positive and hardworking personality
