What your day will look like:

Manage the development and rollout of PLPS and daily management systems using lean tools.

Identify and lead cost-saving initiatives backed by proper documentation for audits.

Drive continuous improvement in layout, workflow, and best practices.

Train and support core team members on lean tools like VSM, 5S, visual controls and Kanban.

Coach team members, supervisors, and managers on daily management and problem-solving using PLPS methods.

Lead yearly value stream mapping events at all sites, including non-manufacturing areas, and track results.

Map current processes and plan improvements to reach ideal future-state conditions.

Remove barriers to continuous improvement.

Create and deliver internal presentations and updates.

Maintain and improve Daily Management Boards and systems.

Support PLPS team efforts and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Follow quality standards and focus on exceeding customer expectations.

What we are looking for:

Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree is preferred.

Demonstrated experience in operations, team leadership, and personnel management.

Proven leadership capabilities, including the ability to lead, motivate, and manage both people and processes effectively.

Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with lean manufacturing principles, tools, and methodologies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and experienced with AutoCAD, Visio, and Minitab.
